This Privacy Policy applies when you visit a Dealhound website, create or use an account, use a Dealhound or ForgeOps application, submit information, upload documents, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our services. It does not govern third-party websites or services that publish their own privacy notices.

- Identity and account information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, company, job role, account credentials, and assigned permissions.
- Business and transaction records, including property, seller, buyer, lender, customer, vendor, contractor, project, bid, budget, expense, invoice, draw, and payment-related information.
- Documents and content you submit, including contracts, estimates, invoices, receipts, photographs, business cards, notes, communications, and other files.
- Support requests, feedback, and communications with us.
- Contact information you choose to import or capture. Where supported, the application will request device permission before accessing contacts, photos, or the camera.
Information collected automatically
We may collect device and browser information, IP address, application activity, diagnostic logs, authentication events, security signals, approximate location derived from IP address, and cookie or similar technology data. We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our services.
Information from other sources
We may receive information from an organization that provides your access, authorized integration providers, authentication providers, public records, property-data sources, and other users who collaborate with you.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use mobile contact information or SMS consent for third-party marketing.
5. Email and text communications
If you provide a mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we may send account verification codes, security alerts, document links, project communications, or other service-related messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of nonessential messages and HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not prevent us from sending essential notices through another available channel. We do not share SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain business and audit records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary according to the type of information, account configuration, legal requirements, and operational needs.

Organization-managed data may need to be handled through the organization that controls the account.

Our services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
